Office Policies

We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Monday - Thursday:	7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday	8 a.m. - Noon

Appointments

Your time and convenience are important to us and we are concerned about our patients missing school or work.  We have made every effort to arrange our schedule to coordinate with both the educational process and the demands of the workplace.

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We will try to provide an e-mail or text message reminder 24 - 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to supplement the appointment card you receive.  We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment.  Please let us know if you cannot make the appointment.  We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. We will handle as much of your insurance questions and needs as possible.
