Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the latest in technological advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

	April Armstrong has lived her most her life. She is the mother of three sons, two who are grown and one left in the home. She joined Nowlin Orthodontics in 2007 and loves it. Previously she was in the medical field. The most exciting thing she enjoys with Nowlin orthodontics is the smile on everyone's faces. She enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
	Tina Phipps Colston was born in Tulsa. She attended Vo-Tech for dental assisting her senior year and graduated from Edison High School. Tina had braces as a teen and her experience inspired her to start a career in orthodontics following High School. She attended night school at Tulsa Junior College for two years. Tina is married with two sons. She enjoys shopping, decorating, and volunteer work. After 20 plus years in Orthodontics Tina enjoys meeting and working with all the great patients and learning something new each day.
	Catherine has worked in the orthodontic field since 1990. She is married and has two boys.When she is not working hard in our lab, she enjoys many other activities. She and her family are very involved in local theater where Catherine directs children’s theater. She is also very active in her church. Catherine says that she “loves working here” and is “blessed to be part of this team.”
	Ann Goss was born in Enid, Ok. After graduating from Garber High School she attended Enid Business College. She enjoys reading mysteries, watching reality and HG TV. Ann worked in general dentistry until moving to Tulsa, at that time she started working for Dr. Nowlin and has been here 25 plus years. She still loves helping to make beautiful smiles!
	Lisa Turrell has worked in the Orthodontic Field for over 20 years. She is originally from West Michigan and has made Tulsa her home. She is married to her lifetime sweetheart and has four beautiful daughters, a wonderful son-in-law and two adorable grandsons. She volunteers along with her husband at her church in the Children’s Outreach Ministry. She enjoys working with children, rather working in hearts of children or creating great smiles.
