Dawn has been in the dental and orthodontic field since 1992. She was born and raised in Illinois and moved to Oklahoma in the summer of 2014 to experience the warmer weather. She joined the Nowlin Orthodontic Team in August of 2014.
Dawn believes a smile is one of the most important assets somebody can have and should be shared routinely! Her favorite aspect of orthodontics happens the day the braces are put on. That day is so exciting for her because she knows a special transformation is about to take place. She enjoys seeing the progress each step of the way and, along with the patient, is ultimately rewarded when the braces are removed and the new smile revealed.
Dawn is married with one beautiful daughter and two dogs. Outside the office she loves her time with family and friends, running, exercising at the gym, and watching her daughter play softball.
Ann is a native Oklahoman and began her career in Tulsa as an orthodontic assistant in 1983, working for Dr. Van Nowlin. She worked with “Dr Van” for a number of years and even helped put Dr. Ryan Nowlin's braces on when he was a teenager. She was excited to witness “Dr. Ryan” join his father in 2003 and see the practice evolve into the Nowlin Orthodontics of today.
During her career, Ann has seen many changes in orthodontics but, throughout that time, it has been rewarding for her to remain a consistent part of such an outstanding team. Ann has fun at the office and says it is gratifying for her to see the transformation that happens in patients as they build selfesteem and confidence during their orthodontic journey.
Throughout the years, Ann has likened to many different hobbies. She enjoys archery and rifle bench rest competitions, boating, gardening, folk art painting, and sewing to name a few. She still enjoys reading, watching movies and getting together with friends.
Carrie started working in orthodontics in 1986 and joined the great team at Nowlin Orthodontics in 2010. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and believes strongly in educating them about their treatment. She finds the more the patient knows about their orthodontic treatment, the more they participate in their care. Being educated makes every patient's journey to a great smile that much more pleasant and effective and allows for Carrie's favorite part of orthodontic process to become a reality: achieving that great smile.
Carrie was born and raised in Colorado. After getting married to her high school sweetheart Ed, they moved to Oklahoma in 1987. She and her husband have two wonderful children. Carrie loves the one on one time with her kids; shopping and going to the movies with her daughter and watching her son play baseball. In her free time, Carrie likes to spend time with family and friends, traveling, and reading books.

She loves the parent and patient interaction, and her goal is to make you feel welcome and informed at every visit. She really believes both Dr. Ryan Nowlin and Dr. Van Nowlin make a difference in their patient's lives. She feels she is blessed to work in a field where she can help people build self-esteem and improve confidence and she always looks forward to meeting new patients at their first appointment.
When she's not helping families at the office, Stacey enjoys time with her own family. She was married to her amazing husband in May 2000 and now have two boys together. Their oldest son is involved with band and drama, and their youngest is into any and every kind of sport. Needless to say, Stacey stays busy at home and loves being supportive in her children's activities.
